FAQ
What information do you need from me?
Please provide your property name, address, host details, Wi-Fi information, check-in and check-out instructions, house rules, appliance guidance, emergency information, branding and photographs. I will provide a clear requirements form after ordering.
What is included in the Basic package?
The Basic package includes an editable Canva welcome book template. You will add and edit your own property information and photographs. Personalisation by me is not included.
Will I receive an editable file?
Basic and Premium include an editable Canva template link. Standard includes a completed PDF only. Standard buyers can add the source file as a Gig Extra.
Do you provide the property photographs?
Please provide your own property photographs. I can place up to 38 customer-supplied images in the personalised packages. Local-area research and recommendations are included only where stated.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes to the information, photographs or layout already supplied. It does not include a complete redesign, a new design style or substantial new content. Additional revisions can be purchased.
What if my Wi-Fi password or property details change later?
If your package includes the Canva file, you can update the details yourself. Standard buyers can purchase the editable Canva file or request a paid update after the order is completed.
