Do I need to provide data or content for the chatbot?
Yes, for AI-powered chatbots and document Q&A — I'll need your FAQs, product info, documents, or website content for it to reference. For custom predictive features, I'll need your relevant dataset.
What if I'm not sure exactly what I need?

Which AI model do you use?
I primarily integrate OpenAI (GPT/ChatGPT) using LangChain for retrieval-augmented generation, so your chatbot can answer accurately from your own content rather than generic responses. I can discuss other models on request.
Do I own the chatbot and code after delivery?
Yes. On packages that include source code, everything is yours to keep, host, and modify. (If you're on the Basic package, source code is available as an add-on.)
Will the chatbot keep working after delivery, or do I need you again?
