FAQ
Do I need to provide my own API keys and accounts?
Yes, you will need active accounts for Make.com/Zapier, Vapi, or Skool. However, if you don't have them set up yet, I can guide you through the exact requirements during our initial requirements phase.
Can your Vapi AI Voice Agents book appointments directly into my calendar?
Absolutely! I can connect your Vapi AI agent to GoHighLevel, Calendly, or Google Calendar via Make.com or Zapier, allowing the AI to check availability and log bookings in real-time.
What happens if an automation breaks later on?
I build advanced error-handling paths directly into Make.com/Zapier to prevent sudden failures. Additionally, I offer a post-delivery support window to ensure everything runs smoothly.
