What software do you use for PCB design?
I primarily use Altium Designer and KiCad, but I can also work in Eagle or OrCAD depending on your preference or existing project files.
Do you provide the schematic, or do I need to send one?
Either works. If you already have a schematic, send it over. If not, I can create one based on your requirements as part of the project (may affect pricing/timeline).
What files will I receive at the end?
You'll get Gerber files, drill files, BOM (Bill of Materials), pick-and-place files, and the native design file, ready to send to any PCB manufacturer.
Can you design flex and rigid-flex boards with tight bend radius requirements?
Yes, I account for bend radius, layer transitions, and material stack-up specifically for flex and rigid-flex applications to avoid mechanical failure.
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (typically 2–3). Additional revisions beyond that can be arranged for a small extra fee.
Do you check for manufacturability before delivering?
Yes, every design goes through a DFM (Design for Manufacturing) review to reduce the risk of fabrication issues or costly re-spins.
Can you work with my preferred PCB manufacturer's specs?
Absolutely. Share your manufacturer's design rules (trace width, spacing, min hole size, etc.) and I'll design within those constraints.
