What type of service that this gig provides?
In this gig, I will make 3D model for any kind of architectural project in Sketchup.
Can you make a 3D model without 2D CAD Plan/Elevation/Section drawings?
NO, the 2D CAD drawings are used as a base drawing for the modelling process.
What will be included in the 3D modelling process?
The scope of work in this gig will focus on modelling only (turning the 2D drawings that you already have into 3D model). Any modification or addition of design elements (furniture/interior/architecture) from the 2D drawings will count as an extra (please kindly message me to discuss first).
What if I need to make modification or addition to the design shown in the 2D drawings?
Design change/modification/addition is possible but they'll count as an extra because it falls outside the scope of work offered in this gig. (please kindly message me to discuss first for the exact cost and duration for such work).
What software do you use in this gig?
I use Sketchup Pro 2023.
What is skp file format?
Skp file format is a three-dimensional model created by SketchUp software which can be viewed and navigated easily by both professionals and common users alike. You can download Sketchup Make software for free to view the skp file format.
