I will forecast your monthly sales and tell you how much stock to hold.

Send me your past sales by month, ideally 18 months or more. I will deliver an Excel file with:

- A 6-month demand forecast with a range of likely outcomes

- Trend and seasonality explained in plain English

- Safety stock and reorder point (if you send lead time and current stock)

- A one-page summary you can read in two minutes

- Clean charts

I build the forecast with Python and statistical models, then give you the results in Excel with the method explained. You do not need to know Python.

I cannot predict sudden events such as a viral product or a supplier problem. The forecast shows what the data supports, with a range of uncertainty.
