Increase your productivity considerably by automating the tedious and time consuming process of parsing through large datasets that are replete with duplicate records based on 1 or multiple criteria and formatting and/or removing them dynamically by the click of a button and save yourself considerable time.

EXAMPLE:

In the gig picture, a simple 1 criteria based illustration has been presented. All records having a duplicate 'First Name' have been formatted and removed.

Alternatively if your requirements are complex, it is also possible to only remove those records that not only have the same 'First Name' but also the same 'State' and/or same 'Reference No' and/or same 'Order Date' as shown in the picture.

FLEXIBILITY:

I am open to handling dynamic requirements as well wherein you may need to split the duplicate and non duplicate data into separate files.

PREREQUITES:

• Original data that needs to be formatted needs to be in excel/csv format
