Do you also fix the bugs, or only report them?
This gig covers testing and detailed bug reporting only — I identify and document issues so your developer can fix them quickly.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just share your website/app URL (and login details if needed), the browsers or devices you care about, and any specific areas you want me to focus on. The more context, the better my report.
What will the bug report look like?
You'll get a clear, structured report with each issue, steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, severity level (P1–P4), and screenshots — formatted so any developer can act on it right away.
Can you test mobile apps too, or only websites?
This gig focuses on websites and web apps. For native mobile app testing, please message me first so I can confirm scope before you order.
Do you do security or load/performance testing?
My focus is functional, usability, and cross-browser QA. I don't currently offer security (penetration) or heavy load/performance testing — I'll always be upfront about what I can deliver.
What if I'm not happy with the delivery?
Each package includes revisions. If something's unclear or missed, let me know and I'll revisit it within the revision limit to make sure the report fully meets your needs.
