FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Your niche or product, store name, logo (if you have one), preferred colors, and a few stores you like. I'll also need collaborator access to your Shopify account.
Do I need to pay for Shopify or a theme?
Yes, you'll need an active Shopify plan. A free theme is included. If you want a premium theme, you purchase it and I'll set it up.
Can you redesign my existing store without losing anything?
Yes. Your products, orders and customer data stay safe. I only change the design and layout.
Do you find products for dropshipping stores?
Yes. Standard and Premium include winning product research, and I import products using apps like DSers.
Will my store work on mobile?
Yes. Every store is fully responsive and tested on mobile, tablet and desktop.
Can you guarantee sales?
No one can honestly guarantee sales, since that depends on your products, pricing and marketing. What I guarantee is a professional, fast, conversion-focused store ready for you to promote.
Can you help after delivery?
Yes. Premium includes 7 days of support, and I also offer ongoing virtual assistant help for managing your store.
