No, never. I only need a co-host invite or delegated access, which you can remove anytime. Your account stays safe and fully under your control
What hours and time zones do you cover?
I cover 8 to 16 hours a day depending on your package, and weekends on Premium. Tell me your time zone and busiest guest hours, and I will schedule my coverage around them.
How do you handle complaints and emergencies?
I handle routine questions myself and escalate urgent issues, like complaints, damage or safety, to you straight away. We agree on your rules before I start.
Can you manage more than one property?
Yes, from 1 to 100+ listings. Premium covers up to 3. For 4 or more, message me with your portfolio size and I will send a custom offer. Large portfolios and ongoing monthly support are welcome.
