Need a CPA letter for a mortgage, business loan, lease, self-employment, or ownership verification?
As a licensed US CPA, I prepare signed verification letters after reviewing sufficient supporting records and any lender-specific request.
This service may cover:

Yes. This gig should be published only by a CPA holding an active US license. Credential details may be verified through the relevant state licensing authority.
What documents do you need?
Depending on the request, I may need tax returns, financial statements, bank records, ownership documents, the lender request, and supporting business records. Redact unnecessary sensitive numbers before uploading.
Can you deliver within 24 hours?
Extra-fast delivery may be available after I review the request and confirm that all supporting documents are complete. The review must be accepted before the delivery period begins.
Does the order include tax returns or bookkeeping?
No, unless the package or custom offer expressly includes them. Tax preparation, bookkeeping cleanup, and financial-statement preparation are separate services.
Will my financial information remain confidential?
Yes. Documents are handled confidentially and used only for the accepted engagement. Upload only necessary records through Fiverr and remove unrelated sensitive information where possible.
Can you issue a letter without supporting evidence?
