I spent 17 years as a federal contracting officer with an unlimited warrant, with experience across HHS, DoD, NASA, USDA, and USGS. I am FAC-C certified. I know what evaluators look for, and what gets a proposal marked unacceptable before anyone reads your solution.
I review your draft the way an evaluation board does:
- Compliance check against Section L (instructions) and Section M (evaluation factors)
- Evaluator scoring: strengths, weaknesses, significant weaknesses, and deficiencies
- A ranked fix list so you know what to change first

Will you rewrite my proposal?
No. This is a review, not a writing service. You get marked-up comments, evaluator-style findings, and a ranked fix list. You or your writer make the changes. If you need writing help after the review, message me.
Is my solicitation and proposal kept confidential?
Yes. I do not share, reuse, or keep your files after delivery. I will sign a reasonable NDA. Do not upload classified info or CUI. If your proposal holds proprietary pricing, send the technical volumes only.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a quick re-check of the sections you fixed based on my findings. It is not a full second review of a new draft. A full re-review is a new order.
Do you guarantee I will win?
No one can. Award depends on price, competition, and the government's tradeoff decision. My job is to make sure you are compliant and that evaluators can find your strengths fast.
