A face seen front-on or three-quarters, sharp and well lit, with nothing in

front of it (microphones and hands are the most common issue). Minimum 720p.

One technical point worth knowing: the swap replaces the face, not the neck or

hands so a strong difference in skin tone between the two would stay visible.
