I was a customer support agent for QuickBooks Online & very educated with QuickBooks Online. If you have ever called in to QuickBooks Online support - you know they can have some long hold times. You have a business to run &I'm here to help you get back to running your business quicker.
This is wonderful for new users of QBO. I will offer you general support. I'll go over navigating the product, educate you on the features, answer any questions you may have, inform you on how to do general things like connect your bank, match transactions, run reports, reconcile, etc.
The extra gigs I offer are assistance & extra assistance. Assistance speaks for itself. This is for any issue that you are having where you know you're going to need some help because you cannot seem to resolve the issue. I can walk you through getting the issue resolved. Extra assistance is for the more complex issues you may be having. The ones you been trying to fix for over an hour with no results.

Are you an accountant?
No, I am not a certified accountant. As much as I've done their job though I probably should consider becoming one.
Are the delivery times correct?
No. Support is definitely not gonna take a day & neither will assistance. At most with an assistance, maybe an hour. Extra assistance could take a DAY but not 3, it would have to be a VERY VERY complex issue for it to take a day. Delivery HOURS could vary depending on the situation though.
How will you offer support & assistance?
We can talk via phone, chat via skype, etc - it's whatever you prefer. I also have a system that will let me see exactly what's on your screen. It does not give me access to do anything but point unless you turn on the feature to let me take control. Whatever you are comfortable with.
