I will write uscis e2 treaty investor and l1a business plan
About this Gig
Your E2 or L1A petition rises or falls on whether the business plan reads like a real, operating enterprise, not a generic startup template.
I write immigration-specific business plans for:
- E2 treaty investors: substantial investment, non-marginal enterprise, and a five-year hiring schedule for U.S. workers
- L1A new offices: premises, staffing and a one-year ramp-up showing a managerial or executive role
Every plan includes an executive summary, company and market analysis, competitor review, operations and staffing plan, use of funds, and 5-year financial projections with stated assumptions. Written from scratch from your numbers: I never invent figures.
I have supported E2, L1A, EB2 NIW and O1A clients and work alongside immigration attorneys, so the plan matches counsel's strategy and cover letter.
I'm not an attorney and this is not legal advice. A plan supports your case; it cannot create eligibility or guarantee approval.

FAQ
Do you write both E-2 and L-1A business plans?
Yes. They are built differently: E-2 focuses on investment, enterprise viability and U.S. hiring, while L-1A new office focuses on staffing and a managerial or executive ramp-up. For EB-2 NIW plans, message me first.
What does the plan include?
Executive summary, company and market analysis, competitor review, operations and staffing plan, use of funds, and 5-year financial projections with assumptions. E-2 plans add a hiring schedule. L-1A plans add the new office ramp-up.
Are financial projections included, and whose numbers do you use?
Yes, 5-year projections. They are built from your real figures, such as investment amount, costs, and pricing. I won't invent numbers, because unrealistic projections hurt credibility.
What do I need to send to get started?
Your visa type, nationality, investment amount and source, a summary of the business, entity and lease status, your résumé, and for L-1A the foreign company details. Any attorney notes help.
