What file format will the transcript be in?
The transcript will be in a Word document file format. If you need to have it converted to PDF, it will be done.
What type of transcription do you provide?
By default, I do clean transcription. The result of this transcript is straightforward, and the final written product reads intelligently. If you prefer the full verbatim-type (with the umm, ehm, urr in the final transcript), indicate when you place your order or contact me.
My file is large, how do I send that to you?
Please upload the file(s) to any cloud storage platform like Dropbox, Googledrive, Onedrive, etc. Create a link, copy and paste it in our chat. If unsure of how to go about that, contact me for a simple tutorials.
Can you transcribe long videos/audios?
Yes, there is no limit as to the duration of the video/audio that you need transcribed. If you have a big project and have a tight deadline, please do contact me first.
Do you use a software to transcribe the videos/audios or is it transcribed by a real person?
No. Everything is manually transcribed, manually reviewed, and proofread. No transcription apps or softwares will be used to avoid errors. This gig ensures the quality of the transcripts.
How can you assure me that my files will be kept confidential?
All files sent will be deleted after the transcript is delivered and completed.
