Which file formats do you deliver?
I usually deliver OBJ + MTL files and can also provide 3MF files if requested.
Which slicers are supported?
The workflow is mainly optimized for Bambu Studio and OrcaSlicer
Do you repair broken STL files, split models or fix printability issues?
Yes, but these are separate services/workflows and are not included in this Gig. This Gig is focused only on multicolor material separation and AMS/MMU preparation. If your model needs repairs, modifications or printability fixes, please contact me first before ordering.
Why does the model need to be clean and printable before coloring?
Material regions are assigned directly to the model geometry. If the mesh needs to be repaired or modified afterwards, the material assignments can break or become unusable. The model should already be reasonably clean, manifold and printable before starting the multicolor workflow.
Can you guarantee that the model will print successfully or optimize print settings?
The final print success always depends on the printer, slicer settings, filament and hardware setup. I can give general recommendations and tips if needed, but it should already be ensured that the model itself is printable before starting the multicolor process.
What if my model is very large or highly complex?
Extremely detailed or complex models may require a custom offer depending on the number of material regions, mesh complexity and preparation time required.
