Understanding Rights
Non-Exclusive Rights: You will get rights to use the tracks non-exclusively. That means you are not the only one who will use the tracks. Same tracks will be sold to other people who will buy non-exclusive tracks. For example, you bought "Ultimate Lofi Pack Vol 1" which is a non-exclusive pack. This same pack can be bought and used by other people non-exclusively.
Exclusive Rights: You are the one and only sole owner of the tracks. The tracks that I will sell to you, no one will get the same track. You will have full rights to use the track any way you want. You will get the exclusive tracks and rights.
Terms and Conditions
- You cannot claim copyright on other's content if they uses the same track. (If you have non-exclusive rights)
- You cannot distribute non-exclusive tracks using any music distribution service.

What are non-exclusive rights?
Non-exclusive rights mean you can use the tracks in your projects, but other customers can also purchase and use the same tracks. This is a more affordable option compared to exclusive rights.
What are exclusive rights?
Exclusive rights grant you sole ownership of the tracks. No one else will be able to use or purchase the same tracks, giving you full control over how they are used.
Can I claim copyright on a track if I buy it with non-exclusive rights?
No, if you purchase tracks with non-exclusive rights, you cannot claim copyright on them. Other buyers will also have the right to use the same tracks.
Can I distribute non-exclusive tracks using a music distribution service?
No, non-exclusive tracks cannot be distributed using any music distribution service. They are intended for use in personal or YouTube videos. If you want to distribute, please purchase exclusive tracks from Standard or Premium package.
How will I receive the lofi pack after purchase?
After your order is confirmed, I will send you a download link to access the lofi pack.
Do you offer revisions?
Generally not in this gig.
What happen if I don't like a track? (For Standard and Premium Package Only)
If you don't like any track, just leave a message. I will produce another lofi track for you. (ONLY VALID FOR EXCLUSIVE ORDERS. IF YOU PURCHASE STANDARD OR PREMIUM GIG YOU WILL GET A NEW TRACK AS A REPLACEMENT.)
Why don't you offer revision or modification?
I produce a bulk amount of tracks everyday for more upcoming lofi packs. Loading lofi projects in software and making modifications takes a lots of time. Rather than making modification, I prefer to give a new track. Because as I produce a lot of tracks, giving one track as a replacement is easy.
Will there be more lofi packs available in the future?
Yes, more lofi packs will be added soon. Keep an eye on my page or send me a DM for updates on new releases.
