• Project setup in Asana, Jira, Basecamp or Workfront
• Workback schedules, timelines, and task tracking
• Meeting coordination (kickoffs, reviews, follow-ups)
• Status updates, stakeholder communication, and progress reports
• Resource coordination across designers, writers, product managers and developers
• Asset management and handoff (naming, archiving, QA checks)

With the Basic package, a kick off meeting will precede project set-up with either Asana, Basecamp, Jira or Workfront. A workback schedule will be created with resources assigned to tasks. The Standard, there is 1-Week support, a status meeting update, task tracking.
