What is Life Coaching?
It is a creative, intentional process where an individual, team, or group engages in a thought-provoking conversation with a coach with reliance on the Holy Spirit, to help assist someone to move towards a goal, while gaining insight, encouragement, and clarity in an area they want to grow or feel.
Who do you work with?
I only work with women who want a coaching experience tailored around their Christian beliefs.
What is a FREE Discovery Call?
A Discovery Call is a free 15-min., by phone which will allow you to get to know me more and see if we are a right fit for each other. You will also want to use this time for me to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
How can an additional Assessment help me?
If you purchase a Career or Values Assessment add-on, this will give you additional insight and clearer guidance in a specific area of your life. You will obtain a written report with the results and will assist in bringing a specific course of action in further sessions.
What is your educational background?
I have a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Biblical Studies. I also pursued graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Certified Christian Life Coach with IBCC. I have spent the past ten years working with women.
