• Chest lifts and drops
• Chest circles (both directions)
• Chest slides
• Other Movements:
• Ribcage isolations
• Shoulder shimmies
• Arm movements (snake arms, undulations)
• Basic Footwork:
• Traveling steps (grapevine, step-backs)
• Pivot turns

Technique and Posture:

• Posture: Emphasis on proper posture, including maintaining a neutral spine, engaged core, and lifted chest.
• Technique: Detailed instruction on executing movements correctly, with focus on muscle isolation and control.
• Breathing: Incorporating breathwork to enhance movement flow and energy.

Choreography:

• Simple Combinations: Short, easy-to-follow combinations using the fundamental movements learned.
• Musicality: Introduction to basic belly dance rhythms and how to interpret them through movement.
• Performance Tips: Basic stage presence, facial expressions, and using props like veils or finger cymbals.
