What does "items" mean in your packages?
One item means one row of data. If your file has more rows than your package includes, you can add more with the extra rows option at checkout.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. I never share your files with anyone, and I delete them once your order is complete.
What file types do you work with?
I work with Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, and Google Sheets. Have a different format? Message me before ordering and I'll let you know if I can help.
Do I need to message you before ordering?
Not for standard files. For large or complex files, message me first so I can confirm the best package and avoid surprises.
Can you deliver faster?
Yes. Extra fast delivery is available as an add-on at checkout.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Each package includes revisions. Just tell me what to adjust and I'll fix it.
What is included in the cleaning report?
Premium orders include a short report listing what I fixed: rows before and after, duplicates removed, formats standardized, and any rows I flagged for you to review. It comes as an extra sheet in your file. Can provide a separate document too if needed.
