FAQ
What do you need from me to set up the workflow?
Please provide your ActiveCampaign account access, the definition of an inactive contact, your re-engagement goal, and the follow-up actions you want. If available, share your existing workflow.
What is included in your re-engagement service?
Depending on the package, I configure inactive-contact conditions, re-engagement automation, lead nurturing steps, tags, conditional branches, and workflow testing.
Can you customize the workflow for my business?
Yes. We can tailor the inactivity period, contact segments, waiting times, and follow-up paths to your requirements and the features available on your plan.
Can you fix an existing ActiveCampaign workflow?
Yes, if the issue fits the selected package. Share what is going wrong and what the workflow should do. Complex repairs may require a custom offer.
Are subscriptions or paid integrations included?
No. ActiveCampaign subscriptions and paid third-party services are separate from my setup fee.
