What financial documents do I need to provide?
Ideally your profit and loss statement and balance sheet for the last 1 to 3 years. If you only have bank statements or basic records I can work from those too.
What format will the report be delivered in?
You will receive a professional Excel file with all ratios and analysis, plus a Word document with written commentary and recommendations. Both are fully editable.
Can you compare my business against industry benchmarks?
Yes. For the Standard and Premium packages I include industry benchmark comparisons where data is available so you can see how your business performs against competitors.
I need this for a bank loan or investor presentation. Can you help?
Yes. The Premium package includes an executive summary suitable for presenting to banks, investors or management. Message me first and I will confirm the format required.
How many years of data do you need?
Minimum 1 year for the Basic package. For trend analysis in the Standard and Premium packages, 2 to 3 years of data gives the most meaningful results.
