FAQ
What does your Google Play testing service include?
I provide Android app testers for Google Play closed testing, including tester participation, app installation, testing activity, and basic feedback based on the package selected.
Can you provide the 12 testers required for Google Play closed testing?
Yes. My Basic package is designed for 12 testers. The testers can participate in your closed test according to the requirements and timeframe agreed for the order.
How long does the Google Play closed testing take?
For eligible new personal developer accounts, Google requires 12 testers to remain opted in continuously for 14 days before you can apply for production access. The final decision remains with Google Play.
Do you test Android apps for bugs?
Yes. Testers can check core features, installation, navigation, user flows, and general usability and report noticeable issues or problems found during testing.
Do you provide feedback about my app?
Yes. Depending on the package, I can provide basic or more detailed feedback about usability, functionality, and the overall testing experience.
What do you need from me to start the test?
You need to provide your Google Play testing invitation or opt-in link, app details, testing instructions, and any specific features or areas you want testers to check.
Can you guarantee Google Play production approval?
No. I can provide the requested testing participation, but Google Play makes the final decision regarding production access. Completing the testing requirement does not guarantee approval.
