What do you need from me to start the project?
You can provide any available 2D floor plans, AutoCAD/DWG files, PDFs, sketches, elevations, reference images, dimensions, material preferences, or existing 3D models. If you do not have everything ready, send me what you have and I will review it before we begin.
Can you work from a hand-drawn sketch, PDF, or image of a floor plan?
Yes. I can recreate 2D floor plans and 3D architectural models from sketches, PDFs, images, or existing drawings. For accurate scaling, please provide dimensions or at least one reliable reference measurement whenever possible.
Do you provide both interior and exterior 3D rendering?
Yes. I provide 3D interior design, exterior design, architectural rendering, and photorealistic 3D visualization for houses, apartments, villas, offices, retail spaces, restaurants, commercial buildings, and other architectural projects.
Do you provide 2D floor plans and AutoCAD drawings?
Yes. I can create or redraw 2D architectural floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and other AutoCAD drawings in PDF and DWG formats depending on your project requirements.
Do you provide MEP drawings?
Yes. I can prepare MEP layouts and drawings, including relevant mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts based on the information and requirements provided. Please contact me first for MEP projects because the required level of detail varies considerably.
How many revisions and render views are included?
The number of 3D render views and revisions depends on the package and project scope. Revisions based on the originally agreed design are included according to the selected package. Major redesigns, new rooms, additional views, or changes outside the original scope may require an additional cost.
Which software do you use, and can you provide the source files?
I mainly work with 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, D5 Render, and Enscape. Source files such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or AutoCAD files can also be provided when included in the agreed project scope. Please let me know your required file format before we start.
Can you design the space as well, or do you only create renders?
I can do both. If your design is already finalized, I can create the 3D model and realistic renders from your drawings. If you need help developing the interior or exterior design itself, please mention this before ordering so the design scope can be included.
