What do you need to start my project?
Please send a measured site plan or sketch, current photos, your preferred style and a list of features you want. Include the location, approximate project budget and anything that must remain.
Does the package area include the pool and garden?
Yes. The area limit covers the entire design zone, including the pool, patio and surrounding landscape. Each package covers one residential site and one design concept. Q: Can you design a small backyard or remodel an existing poo
Can you design a small backyard or remodel an existing pool area?
Yes. I can develop a concept around a compact space or existing features. Please provide accurate dimensions and identify everything that must stay.
Can I include a spa, sun shelf, pergola or outdoor kitchen?
These features can be included as visual design elements within the agreed scope. Please list them before ordering so I can confirm the package and complexity.
What does a revision include?
A revision is one consolidated round of adjustments to the agreed concept, such as finishes, planting appearance or furniture placement. A new concept, expanded area or major brief change requires a separate quote.
Will I receive the editable 3D model?
The editable SketchUp model is included in the Premium package. Basic and Standard include the rendered images and concept layout PDF.
Are permit drawings and engineering included?
No. This service provides concept design and visualization. Structural, hydraulic, electrical, drainage and permit documentation must be handled by appropriately qualified local professionals.
Do you include a planting list or construction budget?
Planting is shown to communicate the landscape concept. A detailed species schedule, quantities, procurement list and construction cost estimate are not included.
Is a 3D walkthrough video included?
: No. The listed packages include still renders. A model-based walkthrough requires a separate agreement before ordering.
Are your gallery images completed construction projects?
: The gallery presents illustrative design concepts and visual directions. It does not document completed construction projects.
