Can I order a package without contacting you first?
Yes. You can order directly. However, to maximize your benefits, please review the "About This Gig" and "FAQ" sections thoroughly. After purchasing, ensure you complete the "Requirements" form accurately so we can initiate your high-performance setup immediately.
Would you design and customize a website theme for me?
No. This gig is a SaaS Website Builder service, suitable for clients who want to customize their website themselves or already have a designer but need technical support. We will install and optimize the theme on our high-performance infrastructure, an ecosystem that provides everything you need.
Will you teach me how to use your system?
No personalized training is provided, but we include a comprehensive guide. The system is user-friendly with drag-and-drop Visual Editing, perfect for you or your designer. While you focus on building your site, our engineers monitor the infrastructure 24/7 to ensure peak performance.
Can I export the license from the system to manage it myself?
No. The system will not approve the export of licenses to general customers. You only have the right to use the license. We will handle all administration and management rights. Currently, only our partner companies are authorized to export licenses.
Can I migrate my website to my own hosting?
Yes. You can migrate the site after order completion. Note that an Avada Builder license is required for independent use. While our builds are flexible, we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with third-party hosting environments due to their varying technical limitations compared to our Grid.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. You may request a cancellation during the setup phase if expectations aren't met. However, once the Private Grid is fully deployed and the delivery is made, the order is considered final under Fiverr’s terms to protect the integrity of our resources.
Can I test the system and theme before the final delivery?
Yes. We provide a trial access as a USER so you can explore the theme and speed. For security, Admin rights are restricted during this phase. If you aren't 100% satisfied during the trial, you can cancel freely. Once you approve and we grant Admin access, it's final.
If my website has problems, do you offer a troubleshooting service?
Yes. I offer website troubleshooting services starting at US$59. If your server experiences problems, our engineers will fix it immediately and free of charge for the lifetime of the product. This is part of our standard after-sales service.
Do you offer domain registration, and do you guarantee website speed?
No. Please secure a domain from an external registrar before ordering. Regarding speed, final results vary based on your content, user location, and internet connection. However, we guarantee our Private Grid infrastructure is optimized for peak performance and maximum global compatibility.
