Q1: What data do you need?
An Excel or CSV file with a date column and the value you want to forecast (sales, demand, revenue). At least 12 months of history gives the best results. Daily, weekly and monthly data all work.
Q2: How accurate will my forecast be?
It depends on your data quality, history length and how predictable your sales are. I test several models, report error scores (MAE, RMSE, MAPE) on held-out data and pick the best. I can't promise a specific accuracy figure.
Q3: What will I receive?
A Python notebook with the code, forecast charts and accuracy scores. Standard adds a plain-English report and documentation. Premium adds a dashboard or API, a monitoring plan and a 30-minute walkthrough call.
Q5: Do you also do customer churn prediction?
Yes. Message me first with a short description of your customer data and I'll send a custom offer.
Q6: Is my data kept confidential?
