This is a setup service on Molvek. Platform subscription, AI usage, hosting and third-party fees are excluded and agreed before ordering. Source code, custom software development and ongoing maintenance are not included.
You provide approved content and required account access. Messaging channels depend on account eligibility and provider approval. Revisions cover the agreed setup, not new features.

Are there ongoing costs?
Yes. Molvek subscription, AI usage, hosting and third-party channel fees are separate from setup. We confirm the required plan and estimated running costs on Fiverr before you order. There is no unlimited usage promise.
Will I receive the source code?
No. This Gig configures the Molvek platform for your business. It does not include ownership or transfer of the platform source code. Bespoke development requires a separate, clearly scoped order.
Which messaging channel is included?
Standard and Premium include one additional channel: WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram. You supply an eligible account and complete any provider approvals. Approval timing is controlled by the provider; please confirm readiness before ordering.
What does the CRM or workflow include?
Standard includes one Molvek CRM pipeline with up to 5 stages. Premium adds one agreed Notion or Google Calendar workflow, such as saving a lead or creating an appointment. Other CRMs, payment flows and custom APIs need a separate scope.
What content should I provide?
Provide your approved FAQs, service details, policies and documents. Basic and Standard cover up to 5 documents / 50 pages; Premium covers 10 documents / 100 pages. Scanned document cleanup, content writing and additional languages are outside this scope.
How do testing and revisions work?
All packages include 10 agreed test questions and a short handover guide. Revisions refine the original setup: 1 in Basic and 2 in Standard or Premium. AI answers can be imperfect; we test the agreed cases and configure fallback or handoff where included.
