To develop a new website or to fix errors/debug in the existing website, I will need your live server(Cpanel) and the website's backend credentials (username and password).
If client have no hosing (liver server)?
If a client has no hosing or live server, then his site would develop from scratch using a local server or he/she would provide the backup of his site to edit.
