vendor/wholesale Excel or CSV, 10 sample rows if large, Mirakl marketplace name, Shopify collaborator + Matrixify access, Mirakl catalog login, image URLs or a drive folder, plus SKU/price/inventory rules. No file = no shopify data entry or bulk import.
Do you convert vendor files into Shopify CSV and Matrixify format?
Yes. I map your supplier sheet into a Shopify CSV / Matrixify bulk import: titles, handles, variants, SKUs, tags, metafields, image URLs, and inventory. I also add products and run shopify data entry so the shopify bulk upload does not fail on live import.
Which Mirakl marketplaces do you handle for marketplace listing?
Any Mirakl operator portal I can access: B&Q, Leroy Merlin, Carrefour, Macy's, Kroger, Debenhams, Home24, and similar. Tell me the marketplace name with your file. I map categories, mandatory attributes, parent-child, and offer files so the Mirakl product listing is not rejected.
Can you do Shopify and Mirakl in one order?
Standard and Premium cover Shopify product upload plus Mirakl marketplace listing. Basic is Shopify / Matrixify only. If you also need Shopify integration so stock does not drift after vendor onboarding, say so in the order notes and send both logins.
How do you handle variants, metafields, and bulk upload errors?
I rebuild variant logic (size, color, material), map Matrixify metafields, and send a pre-flight error list before shopify bulk upload or Mirakl offer import. Failed rows get fixed, not dumped live. Send option names and any required attribute list with your catalog.
Do you also do eBay listing, Etsy product upload, or Wayfair listing?
Yes, as an add-on when the sheet is already mapped for Shopify CSV. Message me first with the channel and SKU count. Core gig is product listing / product upload on Shopify + Mirakl; eBay listing, Etsy product upload, and Wayfair listing use extra gigs or extras.
I sell fashion ecommerce / wholesale catalog / B2B marketplace goods. Is that a fit?
Yes. Fashion ecommerce (size-color variants), wholesale catalog (tier pricing, pack sizes), and B2B marketplace vendor onboarding are the usual files I see. Send brand naming rules, size charts, and whether SKUs are parent or offer-level before I start the shopify listing.
Will you need my Shopify and Mirakl passwords?
Never send the main password. Invite a collaborator on Shopify with products + Matrixify permission, and a Mirakl user with catalog rights only. That is enough for product upload, add products, and marketplace listing. Revoke access when the order is delivered.
What is not included in this product listing service?
I do not write SEO copy from scratch, scrape sites, pay Matrixify/Mirakl fees, or guarantee operator approval. I format, map, bulk import, and fix file errors. Send titles/descriptions in the catalog or I keep supplier text cleaned, not rewritten.
How do I pick a package for bulk import?
Count SKUs (not rows). Basic: up to 100 Shopify products via Matrixify. Standard: up to 500, Shopify + Mirakl. Premium: up to 2,000 SKUs, catalog sync, inventory. Send the file first - I will confirm the count and flag what will break before you order.
