Do I need a Brevo account already?
Yes, you'll need an account. The free plan works for setup, and I can guide you through signing up if you haven't yet.
My emails are going to spam. Can you fix that?
I can set up and verify sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and review your list and sending setup, which resolves most deliverability issues. Results also depend on your content and list quality, so I can't guarantee inbox placement.
Can you migrate my list from Mailchimp or another platform?
Yes. Send me an export of your contacts and I'll import, clean, and segment them in Brevo.
Which automations can you build?
Welcome series, abandoned cart, lead nurture, re-engagement, and post-purchase flows are the most common. If you have something specific in mind, message me before ordering to confirm.
Do you write the email copy?
Copy is not included in the packages unless noted. I can add it as an extra, or you can send your own and I'll build it into the templates and flows.
