1️⃣ How are your packages different?
My packages represent different production levels, not just duration. Basic is streamlined explainer video production, Standard adds brand alignment and smoother scene flow for 2D animated explainer videos, and Premium focuses on custom storytelling and advanced motion design for maximum impact.
2️⃣ Can you create videos for any topic?
Most topics are welcome, but I do not create videos related to adult content, explicit material, gambling, drugs, music or song videos. If you're unsure about your topic, feel free to message me before ordering.
3️⃣ What do you need to get started?
Basic and Standard packages require a script unless you purchase scriptwriting from me. Premium only requires your idea, objective, and brand details. A 60-second explainer video usually needs about 140-150 words. You may also share your logo, website, brand colors, and reference video if available.
4️⃣ What animation changes are included in revisions, and what is not?
Revisions are provided in rounds. Basic and Standard include limited rounds; extra rounds require a small fee. Premium includes unlimited rounds for animation changes like scene elements, characters, colors, text, and timing adjustments. Script or voiceover changes after approval require extra cost.
5️⃣ Do you provide voiceovers? What options are available?
Yes. Voiceovers are available in multiple languages and accents with both male and female options. Basic includes premium AI voiceover, Standard includes emotion-controlled AI voice, and Premium includes a studio-quality human voice. Human voice can also be added to Basic or Standard via gig extras.
6️⃣ Will I get full commercial rights and ownership of the video?
Yes. All packages include full commercial rights. I operate under the Vyond Enterprise plan, which allows me to deliver videos with full commercial usage rights. You can use your video for websites, ads, YouTube, social media, promotions, presentations, or marketing without restrictions.
7️⃣ Can you create videos longer or shorter than the package duration?
Yes. I can create videos shorter or longer than the package duration. For custom lengths or complex projects, please message me before ordering. I’ll prepare a custom offer based on your script length, production level, and project requirements. Longer videos usually receive better pricing.
8️⃣ Do you provide scriptwriting services?
Yes. Strategic scriptwriting is included in the Premium package. Basic and Standard packages can add professional scriptwriting through the gig extras option. A 60-second explainer video usually needs about 150 words. Just share your idea, website, or key points, and I’ll craft a high-impact script.
9️⃣ What is a branded character?
A branded character is a custom character styled to match your brand identity for your 2D explainer video. I can apply your logo on clothing or accessories and adjust colors, outfit, hairstyle, & appearance to align with your brand. Male or female characters can be used depending on your preference.
🔟 Can you deliver videos in different aspect ratios (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)?
Yes. I can deliver your video in multiple aspect ratios depending on your platform. Common formats include 16:9 for YouTube, 1:1 for Instagram feed, and 9:16 for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. If you need a custom size for ads or presentations, just mention it when placing the order.
