Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic if you already have completed and tested iOS and Android builds. Choose Standard if your mobile-ready Bubble app needs to be wrapped with Natively. Choose Premium if it also needs limited mobile fixes.
What does submission-ready mean?
Both mobile builds must be completed, tested, and ready to upload. Basic does not include wrapping, development, troubleshooting, design changes, or bug fixes.
What does mobile-ready mean?
Your Bubble app should work correctly on common mobile screen sizes, with usable navigation, forms, popups, and workflows. Please request an evaluation if you are unsure.
What can the five Premium developer hours cover?
They can cover limited responsive layout, display, navigation, or launch-related fixes. New features, major bugs, redesigns, APIs, database changes, and integrations require a custom quote.
What assets do I need to provide?
Basic requires all store copy, icons, splash screens, screenshots, policy URLs, compliance details, and test credentials. Standard and Premium include an icon from your existing logo, a simple splash screen, and plain in-app screenshots.
What account access is required?
Please invite us to Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and your Natively project with the required permissions. Never send passwords. An Apple Developer Organization account is preferred for full signing access; individual account owners may need to complete some steps themselves.
Are developer accounts and platform fees included?
No. You must own and pay for your Apple Developer, Google Play, Bubble, and Natively accounts. You are also responsible for agreements, banking, tax, and identity verification.
Who provides privacy and compliance information?
You must provide your privacy policy, support URL, data collection details, age-rating answers, test login, and other factual compliance information. Legal or privacy-policy writing is not included.
Is store approval guaranteed?
No. Apple and Google control review times and approval decisions. Submission errors caused by our configuration will be corrected, but requested app, content, privacy, or policy changes may require a custom quote.
Can you build a new mobile app or add features?
Yes, through a custom offer after reviewing your requirements. New Bubble development, Replit or full-stack development, workflows, integrations, and redesigns are outside these packages.
