1 SHIPPING. Do I need to send you my product?
Yes. We will physically need your product shipped to our studio in Paphos, Cyprus. (It is easy—use DHL or a similar company.) If you need your product back, please provide prepaid return shipping. The buyer will be responsible for any import fees.
2 Is my video guaranteed to be accepted with Amazon?
We cannot ensure approval by Amazon. Amazon provides guidelines and rules for the videos, and you should review these before you order.
3 Can you shoot in multiple locations?
Sure, we have a lot of different available locations
4 I need to use two/three/four actors in my video, is it possible?
Sure, message me and we'll discuss the details!
5 I need to use a child/baby actor in my video, is it possible?
Sure. Child/baby actors are available for an additional fee. Just check my extras above!
6 What about testimonials and reviews?
We DON'T do any testimonials, so please don’t ask. We will not post any reviews on Amazon or any other review site.
7 How long will the production take?
Deadlines are based from the time we receive the item. After receiving the product, we will need around two weeks to deliver your video.
