FAQ
I can’t open the file you sent me
Sometimes I have to deliver the files zipped because its better for the buyer to find his files in a folder. Other times when the files are in WAV. format it is easier and in smaller size to upload them zipped. So you have to unzipped them with izip for mac or winzip for windows.
What are the specs for vinyl? Mixing or Mastering.
If you want to release your songs in vinyl you have to send me stems or channels 24bit at 48 khz. When I mixed them or mastered them I will send them back to you at the same bits and khz.
I ‘ve record my voice with a cheap mic. Will it sound better after your mix?
Of course it will sound better after mix! If the recording has no pops or clicks.
How can I send to you big files?
You can send to me big files by wetransfer or dropbox. With wetransfer you have to send me the link and with dropbox you have to give access.
