HOW I WORK:
I check your drawing before I start. If a dimension is missing or unclear, I ask instead of guessing, so the part fits the first time.
BEST FOR:
Inventors, makers, workshops and small businesses who have the idea or the old drawing, but not the 3D file.
I'm a mechanical engineer from Germany and model parts the way they will be made.
NOTE: Models are for prototyping and non-critical use, not for safety-critical, load-bearing or structural parts. I only model designs you own or have the rights to use.

Need a part that actually works, not just a nice render?
We're Protoverse Engineering, a small engineering company in Germany. We do 3D scanning, reverse engineering and CAD, rebuilding existing parts as clean, editable data, and turning ideas into models that can actually be manufactured.
A scanner plus engineering judgement is the reason why a part we model fits when it's printed, instead of almost fitting.
You get STEP, STL and dimensioned drawings. FDM printing on request for parts we've modelled ourselves. And if something isn't worth doing, we'll tell you before you order.

FAQ
Q: What do I need to send?
A: Your sketch, drawing or PDF with all key dimensions. If some are missing, tell me which ones are critical and I'll ask about the rest before I start.
Q: Can you work from a hand sketch?
A: Yes, as long as the main dimensions are written on it. A clear photo of the sketch is fine.
Q: What file formats do I get?
A: STL for 3D printing. Native files of my CAD program are not included.
Q: How accurate will the model be?
A: Exactly as dimensioned in your drawing. Where your drawing has no tolerance, I model the nominal size and tell you.
Q: Which package do I need?
A: A simple, fully dimensioned part: Basic. A part with many features or several views: Standard. Several parts or an assembly: Premium. Not sure? Send me the drawing first.
Q: Do you also make 2D technical drawings?
A: Not in this gig. Message me if you need one.
Q: Is my design kept confidential?
A: Yes. Your drawings and models are never shared or reused.
