Got an STL that won't print, doesn't fit, or needs a small change? I fix and modify STL files so they print right the first time.
WHAT I CAN DO:
- Repair broken meshes
- Resize or rescale
- Add or remove holes, slots, text or mounting points
- Thicken thin walls and fix weak spots
- Split large models into printable parts with alignment pins
- Merge or simplify files
WHAT YOU GET:
A clean, print-ready STL (or 3MF on request), checked in the slicer before delivery.

Send me your file and describe the change. Not sure which package fits? Message me first and I'll tell you honestly what it takes.
I'm a mechanical engineer from Germany. I edit for function and printability, not just looks.
NOTE: Files are for prototyping and non-critical use, not for safety-critical, load-bearing or structural parts. I only edit files you own or have the rights to modify.

Need a part that actually works, not just a nice render?
We're Protoverse Engineering, a small engineering company in Germany. We do 3D scanning, reverse engineering and CAD, rebuilding existing parts as clean, editable data, and turning ideas into models that can actually be manufactured.
A scanner plus engineering judgement is the reason why a part we model fits when it's printed, instead of almost fitting.
You get STEP, STL and dimensioned drawings. FDM printing on request for parts we've modelled ourselves. And if something isn't worth doing, we'll tell you before you order.

FAQ
Q: What files can you work with?
A: STL, OBJ and 3MF. If you only have a STEP or other CAD file, message me first.
Q: Will my file definitely print?
A: I check every file in the slicer before delivery. Your printer, settings and material still matter, so tell me what you use and I'll set it up for that.
Q: Which package do I need?
A: One simple fix: Basic. Up to three changes in one file: Standard. Several files or a bigger rework: Premium. Not sure? Send me the file and I'll tell you.
Q: Can you design a new part from scratch?
A: Not in this gig, it's for changing existing files. For a new part from a sketch or drawing, or a copy of a physical part, check my other gigs.
Q: Can you edit a model I bought or downloaded?
A: Only if its license allows modification. Many paid models don't, so please check before ordering.
Q: Is my file kept confidential?
A: Yes. Your files are never shared or reused.
