About this gig
Welcome to my Gig!
I will create high-quality photorealistic V-Ray renderings from your existing SketchUp (.skp) or 3ds Max (.max) models.
This service includes:
- Photorealistic V-Ray rendering
- Material setup and texturing
- Lighting setup
- Interior and exterior visualization
Please note:
- Only existing SketchUp (.skp) and 3ds Max (.max) files are accepted.
- 3D modeling, major design changes, and remodeling are NOT included.
- All packages include daytime renderings only using a natural V-Ray Sun & Sky setup similar to my Gig gallery examples.
- Night scenes, facade/landscape lighting, and complex lighting require additional charges.
- Rendering style and camera angles will follow my Gig gallery examples. Eye-level views only.
- Package prices are based on models with materials already assigned. Additional material setup or UV adjustments may require extra charges.
- Equivalent materials/textures may be used when necessary.
- Revisions include minor changes only: materials, lighting, camera adjustments, and small decorations.
- Revisions do NOT include: major design changes, new modeling requests, or large furniture layout changes.

Q: What files do you accept?
A: I only accept existing SketchUp (.skp) and 3ds Max (.max) files. Please make sure your model is complete before placing an order.
Q: Do you provide 3D modeling services?
A: No. This Gig only includes photorealistic V-Ray rendering from existing 3D models. Modeling from CAD drawings, PDFs, sketches, or images is not included.
Q: What are considered revisions?
A: Revisions include minor changes such as material color adjustments, lighting adjustments, camera modifications, and small decoration changes. Major design changes or remodeling are not included.
Q: Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
A: Yes. Please contact me before placing an order so we can discuss your project requirements, delivery time, and pricing.
Q: What information do you need to start the project?
A: Please provide your SketchUp (.skp) or 3ds Max (.max) file, reference images (if any), desired camera views, material preferences, and all project requirements before starting.
Q: Can we discuss the project via Zoom or video call?
A: I currently communicate only through Fiverr messages. Written communication helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures that all project requirements are clearly documented.
Q: Are night renders included in the package price?
A: No. All package prices include daytime renderings only. Night scene renderings are available as an extra service and may require additional charges depending on project complexity.
