When will my order be delivered?
I will deliver orders for less than 500 words in under 48 hours from the time you purchase. If you need your order faster, please purchase 24 hour or 4 hour delivery (4 hour available between 8am and 3pm PST, Mon-Fri only).
Do I need to buy 'Commercial Rights'?
If you are using the voice over for any business usage, including in house, then yes. Commercial Rights on this gig are only $20!
Do I need to buy additional rights for paid ads?
In order to legally use the voice over in any paid channels, you will need to purchase additional usage rights. Please message me those details and we can discuss the appropriate rights for your project's needs.
Do you offer revisions?
Mispronunciations/missing words fixed at no charge. One round of feedback concerning pacing or tone is included at no charge. I typically charge 50% of original rate for each round afterwards.
What accents can you do?
Neutral British, as well as many Regional dialects and International accents. Authentic sounding accents are one of my specialties. Just let me know your accent needs, and I can let you know if I am able to help you. I am UK born to a British family, raised in Canada, and a trained actor.
What languages do you speak?
English is my first language. I also speak conversational French, having attended French school in Montreal as a child.
What time zone are you in?
I live on the West Coast of Canada, and am in the PST (Pacific Standard Time) zone.
Can you add music to the voice over?
Absolutely. By selecting the 'Add Music' extra, you can either provide me with a track or link to a royalty free track (audioblocks.com), or I can provide a track from my library. You will need to purchase one 'add music' extra for every file you need, since they are mixed separately.
What if I need to make script changes after the order has been placed, or delivered?
Script Rewrites: One round of rewrites, that are less than 10% of the final script, is included at no charge. Additional rounds typically cost the percentage of the initial fee that the rewrite represents. New session fee is required for large rewrites.
Can you provide a British accent?
Yes! I was born in the UK, and now live in Canada. I perform naturally in both neutral (RP) British, and neutral North American. I can also provide many regional accents, so just ask!
