I will connect your 3cx phone system to microsoft teams with direct routing
About this Gig
Use Microsoft Teams for business calls while keeping your existing 3CX phone system and SIP provider.
I will assess, configure or troubleshoot the native 3CX Microsoft Teams Direct Routing integration. Support is available in English and German.
Depending on the package, I review licensing and readiness, configure the Teams FQDN, connect one existing 3CX instance to one Microsoft 365 tenant, run current 3CX dial-plan and user scripts, map users in E.164 format, and test inbound and outbound calls.
Implementation requires 3CX Enterprise/AI Edition for 16 simultaneous calls or more, suitable Teams Phone licences, configured Microsoft 365 integration, a verified tenant domain, static public IPv4, a customer-provided certificate from a Microsoft-approved public CA, and access to DNS and the firewall.
Please contact me before ordering so I can check the environment and confirm the right package.
Licences, certificates and subscriptions are not included. Third-party SBC work, number porting, PBX migration, SIP-trunk setup and broad firewall repair require a custom offer. Microsoft, DNS and carrier provisioning delays are outside my control.

FAQ
Which licences and systems do I need?
You need 3CX Enterprise/AI Edition for at least 16 simultaneous calls, configured Microsoft 365 integration, and suitable Microsoft Teams Phone licensing for every included user. Licensing varies by region, so I will check the current setup during the readiness review.
Is a third-party Session Border Controller included?
No. This Gig covers the native 3CX Microsoft Teams Direct Routing integration. Deployment or repair of a separate AudioCodes, Ribbon or other third-party SBC requires a custom offer and confirmed platform experience.
Can I keep my existing SIP provider, such as easybell or CompanyFlex?
Yes, if the SIP trunk already works correctly in 3CX. Teams calls can then use the existing 3CX routing. New trunk setup, provider migration, number porting or repair of an existing SIP problem is outside this Gig.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is one adjustment round to settings already included in the selected package. Additional users, another tenant or PBX, new routing logic, provider work, custom scripts or unrelated troubleshooting are not revisions.
Will the Teams dial pad and calls work immediately?
Not always. Microsoft licensing, user provisioning, DNS and client updates can take time, and 3CX notes that some changes may take up to 24 hours. I will validate the configuration, but I cannot guarantee third-party activation or propagation times.
