how to select the animation?

animation colors are changeable?
Yes, colors are changeable according to your provided logo or your requested color.. (on some animations colors are not changeable before selecting you can contact us and ask us we are here always online for you)
can you customize effects of the animation?
yes, we change it but we charge extra to do that and apply that custom request. (every effect is not changeable coz some layers are linked to each other if we try to change it other effects also broken) (contact us for any confusion)
What is turnaround time?
We usually deliver under 16 hours. Record Delivery is 2 Hours. The maximum delivery time is 24 hours. If you need faster send us a message before ordering.
What file format will be animated logo be delivered in?
The finished video will be in .MP4 or MOV format. Suitable for uploading to YouTube or Vimeo. Use on websites, presentations and it'll work with any device. If you need any other file formats please send a message with the order. (DEFAULT IS MP4)
Do you offer refunds if I am unhappy with my animated logo?
Of course! if you are unhappy about the animation We'll offer a full refund.
Can you use my own music?
Yes of course. Please send the audio with the logo and I'll use it for the video. with no extra charge.
