FAQ
I don't see the features listed for Packages 2 and 3. What do they include?
There was not enough room in the character limit of Fiverr for me to include all the details in the price listing! Package 2 is the same $5 Kickstart Special setup used for TWO different servers. Package 3 includes the $5 Kickstart Special AND 14 days of VIP support after delivery.
Do I need to provide my own logos and banners?
Yes. I do not design custom graphics from scratch. However, if you already have a logo, banner, or emojis, I will integrate them perfectly into your server design.
How do I give you access to my server? Do you need my password?
Absolutely not. All I want from you is that you go into the server settings and make a role for me, giving me administrator permissions. After I finish the configuration process, you are free to delete the role.
Can you add a specific bot or feature that isn't listed in your packages?
Of course! There are plenty of bots for Discord. In case you need anything specific, feel free to contact me beforehand so I could tell whether it is possible.
Can I create a custom package if I only want a few specific features?
Sure! If you don’t feel like needing all of what is in the packages, simply drop me a DM and list down the things that you would like to have. I’ll make a customized offer for you.
Can you fix or revamp my existing Discord server without deleting my current members?
Yes, of course! I am able to restructure your current server, adjust the permissions that don’t work, and implement new functionalities without having to boot anyone from your server. All you need to do is invite me into your server.
How long does the setup process actually take?
The delivery time is listed as 2 to 3 days depending on the package, but often I can finish the $5 Kickstart Special in just a few hours. I have added 2 days as a minimum for personal safety.
What happens after the server is finished? Will you teach me how to use it?
Yes, I provide a general overview of how your new server is structured and functions. However, if you need specific, step-by-step training or a detailed walkthrough on managing the backend, you will need to explicitly DM me about it so we can arrange it.
Will there be any communication issues or language barriers?
Not at all! I am an proficient in English, hence you will not have any difficulties when conveying your ideas, requests, or queries to me. Everything will go smoothly all the way through.
