I fix Windows and Linux problems remotely. If your computer keeps crashing, runs slow, or won't get online, I can sort it out.
I handle the everyday stuff that stops you from working: system errors, software that won't install, and network trouble with WiFi, TCP/IP, routers, and VPNs. I also do basic security work, like firewall setup and locking down risky configurations so your machine is harder to break into.
