Have you successfully sold books to publishers?
Yes! I've sold books at auction, in multiple book deals to Big 5 publishers such as HarperCollins, S&S, Scholastic, and more!
Can you guarantee editor response?
Unfortunately, no. Editors are inundated with book submissions and do not always respond to literary agents. Industry interest fluctuates all the time so we cannot guarantee what will resonate with editors but we have expertise pairing books with editors and publishing houses.
Can you guarantee my book will sell?
No, I cannot. While I can open the doorway to publishers for you, their reaction to your book will depend on the quality of your material and their publishing needs at the time of submission.
What response time can I expect?
I generally submit to publishers within 1-5 days, pending your supply of materials. Beyond that, it's up to editors and publishers. Response times vary--we might hear back in 5 minutes or never. If you purchase the add-on for me to follow up with editors, that will extend the timeline.
You're not supposed to pay for agents?
That's right! You should never pay literary agents upfront. Literary agents collect commission and guide your career. This is a literary consulting service.
