How large can my file be?
Basic tier handles up to 10,000 rows. Standard handles up to 50,000 rows. Premium handles up to 150,000 rows. For larger datasets, message me first.
How do you count rows for JSON files?
For JSON files, 1 JSON object counts as 1 row. If your JSON structure is unusual or heavily nested, message me first before ordering.
Will you rewrite my content?
No. This service focuses on cleanup and normalization, not changing the meaning of your content.
Will my data be secure?
Yes. All processing happens locally on my system. I do not upload your data to third-party services. Files are deleted after delivery.
Do you handle non-English text?
Yes. TraceScrub works with Unicode text, including non-English character sets.
Do you provide source code?
No. This is a managed service powered by TraceScrub.
Do you offer refunds?
