- CNIPA pre-search is your brand, or a near-variant, already taken in your classes?
- Class & subclass strategy China subdivides the Nice classes and protection does NOT cross subclasses. This is where most Western filings silently fail
- Filing coordination foreign applicants must file through a licensed Chinese trademark agency (Trademark Law, Art. 18). I run that process for you and report back in English
- China Customs recordation the active shield. Once recorded, customs screens and detains infringing exports before they leave the country
- 12-month watch I monitor new CNIPA filings against your mark and flag squatting attempts early, while they're still cheap to stop

FAQ
I don't sell in China. Do I still need this?
Yes, if you manufacture in China or ship out of China. Overseas sales are irrelevant to the risk — what matters is that someone can register your mark with CNIPA and then use Chinese Customs against your exports.
Isn't my US / EU trademark enough?
No. Trademark rights are territorial. Your USPTO or EUIPO registration gives you no rights in China whatsoever. A WIPO/Madrid registration only covers China if China was expressly designated.
How long does it take?
CNIPA registration typically 12-18 months; customs recordation is much faster. The protection clock starts at filing — which is why waiting is the expensive option.
Are official fees included?
Yes, in Standard and Premium for one class. Additional classes are quoted before you order.
