Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. I can modernise an existing website, improve its layout, responsiveness, navigation and overall appearance. Send me the current website link before ordering so I can review it.
Will my website work on mobile and tablet?
Yes. Responsive design is included in all packages. I will build the site to adapt across desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.
Do I receive the website source files?
Yes. The completed website files are provided as part of the delivery unless we agree on a different setup for your project.
Can you build something from a screenshot, mockup or reference website?
Yes. I can use your screenshots, wireframes, mockups or reference websites as design direction while creating a custom implementation for your project.
Do you provide hosting and domain names?
Hosting and domains are normally purchased by the buyer, but I can help you understand what you need and assist with deployment if it is included in the agreed project scope.
Can you build advanced features or custom web applications?
Yes, depending on the project. Dashboards, member areas, APIs, databases, payment systems and larger platforms should be discussed before ordering so I can confirm the requirements and provide a custom offer.
Can I request changes after seeing the website?
Yes. Each package includes revisions. Revisions cover reasonable changes within the original agreed scope. New pages or major new functionality may require an additional order.
Can you add my text, images and other content?
Yes. Content upload is included in selected packages and can also be added as an extra. Please provide the final content wherever possible.
Should I message you before placing an order?
For simple packages, you can order directly if your requirements match the gig. For redesigns, custom functionality or larger projects, please message me first so we can make sure the correct package is selected.
