About this Gig
Hi! Im Dasha, a life coach, psychology student, and crisis line listener with two years of experience. My coaching is grounded in what actually works: basic psychology and behavioral habits.
Having been through my own share of struggles - from personal crises and career changes to moving countries, I know firsthand how messy and stressful change can be. Im here to help you bring understanding to a difficult time and regain control over your life.
Every session takes place in a completely safe, accepting, and non-judgmental space. Together, we can overcome what's keeping you stuck and build a clear, step-by-step plan to help you move forward. Lets connect and figure it out together.
Please note: I am a coach and student. I do not provide clinical therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention on this platform.
